Summary
Becoming a more conscious leader is a journey, not a list of topics to be learned. At its simplest level, it is being mindful of the language we are using, and becoming more aware of how blame shows up in what we say or how we say it. It is the skill set to transcend our own reactivity, to connect to the human needs of the situation, and to use a new human-needs-based language to express ourselves and to listen. And it is the somatic awareness of experiencing those human needs within our bodies.
In this session, we explore what it means to "master" conscious leadership. What does the evolution of consciousness look like and how might it be measured. What does the journey look like, what are structures that support us in this journey, and how can you fully embrace the journey.
