BECOME A MORE CONSCIOUS LEADER
Learn with Gregg
"If you are looking for — maybe even yearning for — a way of leading that values the dignity of human beings,
then I celebrate that you are here!
Until each of us consciously chooses to lead in a different way, we will continue to lead unconsciously in the way we have been conditioned. Which, likely, is by coercing the people around us to get what we want.
I invite you to taste a different way of leading. One that inspires, empowers and builds trust among people.
Not only will the people around you come alive,
but so will you!
The world needs more leaders — parents, teachers, managers, directors, CEOs — to show up this way.
I hope you’ll join me in this journey …"
— Gregg

-
leading yourself

leading others

leading your group, your team … or your entire organization

encouraging an environment of mutual understanding and trust rather than of blame and fear
01
aligning and focusing people on the core needs of the overall group or organization
02
creating the conditions for innovative solutions to emerge amidst the expansiveness of needs
03
enhancing self-responsibility and mutual accountability that lead to learning rather than punishment
04
strengthening people's commitment to the larger group which values them as human beings

The Conscious Leader Program
Leading through trust requires different skill sets and mindsets than leading through fear. Rewards and punishment are no longer the chosen tools in the toolkit.
What's challenging is not the new concepts, but breaking through the cultural conditioning that we have all experienced and transforming the fear-based behaviors that still live in us. These can be measured as "personal entropy": the amount of fear-driven energy that a person expresses in his or her day-to-day interactions with other people.
The good news is that even the smallest of steps forward can have a large impact on the quality of your leadership … and the quality of your life.
Each 12-week course advances you into a new spiral of learning that includes a robust learning structure to support your journey:
-
Live, facilitator-led “content” sessions every two weeks
-
Live, facilitator-led group coaching and practice sessions in the alternate weeks between content sessions
-
Learning materials in the online program portal and the course workbook — videos, readings, handouts, learning aids — to familiarize you with key concepts before each content session
-
Structured practice activities to apply key concepts and processes in your real-life situations.
-
Engagement in a conscious learning community with others in your cohort which includes people in multiple levels in the program
-
Mutual peer coaching with an “Integration Buddy” to support each others’ learning
-
Optional support services, such as 1:1 coaching, team coaching and leader values assessments
Individual leaders can enroll in an ongoing public cohort, with new terms starting every 12 weeks.
Leadership teams or groups can enroll in a private cohort that is scheduled and tailored to your group’s needs.
The Conscious Leader Program invites you on this journey of personal transformation.
Examples of Skills that Flow within the Conscious Leader Program:
-
listening — so that the other person has an experience of being heard
-
empathy — the basis of care and compassion - recognizing the "weird" ways that we unconsciously ask for empathy
-
expressing disagreement without blame - an integral skill of feedback and mutual accountability
-
recognizing our own unconscious reactions and limiting beliefs - these are what diminish our relationships and effectiveness as leaders
-
seeing conflict as something to be harvested, not avoided
Leadership and Executive Coaching
Focusing on the leader's personal and professional needs and goals, Gregg provides leaders with one-on-one executive or leadership coaching to support them in getting clarity to move forward.
Coaching is a common and important element within the leader development process.
You can build a much more wonderful company on love than you can on fear.

The leader functions in the context of the team of people they lead. As the leader evolves in their own awareness and consciousness, they begin to see that the structures and processes that hold the team — the core manifestations of the culture — are not in alignment with their new vision.
Just as there are fear-based behaviors within ourselves (personal entropy), there are also fear-based structures and processes that show up within the organization (organizational entropy). As an example, the extrinsic motivational structures fueled by rewards and/or punishments need to be replaced with intrinsic motivational structures such as clarity of shared purpose and core values.
Such cultural transformation needs the vision, the driving energy and the inclusion of the top leader to be successful. The leader is the agent of change of the cultural transformation.
