REFUND POLICY

Events

 

If for any reason you choose to cancel your registration in an event, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at connect@basileia.org  

  • If you cancel at least 14 days before the event, you can request either a credit for a future event or a refund. 

  • If you cancel within 14 days before the event, you can request a credit for a future event. 

  • Otherwise, no credit or refund will be issued.

Programs with Pricing Plans that have monthly payments

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Notice:

  • Customers can cancel their subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation requests should be submitted by emailing us at connect@basileia.org 

Effective Date:

  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle provided that cancellation notice is received at least 5 days prior to the end of the current billing cycle. Otherwise, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the following billing cycle.

  • No further payments will be charged after the cancellation effective date.

Access to Services:

  • Customers will continue to have access to the program until the effective date of their cancellation.

 

Refund Policy

No Refunds for Partial Months:

  • No refunds will be provided for partial months of service.

  • This includes the month in which the cancellation is requested.

Prorated Refunds for Annual Payments:

  • If a customer prepays for the entire program and chooses to cancel before the program term(s) end, you will receive a prorated refund for the remaining full months.
